I tried this on my car and it was fine on the painted areas, but it left noticeable marks on the plastic trim. I reached out to support and got what felt like a copy-paste response, which was frustrating. Not the worst product, but I wouldn’t use it on trim again.

I bought this Turtle Wax cleaner thinking it would freshen up my car, but the smell was way too much. I only used a small amount and the chemical odor still hung around for days, even with the windows cracked open. It gave me a headache and made the car feel worse instead of cleaner. The whole experience just left me feeling like another ticket number, not a customer they actually thought about. I definitely won’t be buying this again

I expected this to perform a lot better for the price, but it didn’t really live up to that for me. The wax didn’t last as long as I thought it would, some cheaper ones I’ve used worked about the same. It’s not terrible, just more expensive than I feel it should be for the results

I picked up the Turtle Wax scratch and swirl remover hoping it would handle some light marks on my black car. I followed the directions carefully and spent a good amount of time working it in, so it’s a little frustrating that the swirls are basically still sitting there like nothing happened.
It may have added a bit of shine to the paint, but that’s about all I noticed. The scratches don’t look any different, which makes me feel like this product promises a bit more than it actually delivers. Not something I’d buy again.

I was trying to be patient and give it a chance, but that just made it more annoying. After all that waiting, my car still had streaky residue all over it. Definitely not the clean finish I was expecting.

i emailed turtlewax.com twice about my order and still haven’t heard anything back. it’s been over a week now, which is frustrating when all i needed was a simple answer.

I ordered a few Turtle Wax products thinking they’d probably show up within a few days, but it ended up taking almost two weeks 😕. The tracking barely updated too, so I was kind of left wondering where my order even was.
The products themselves were totally fine once they finally arrived, so no complaints there. But the slow shipping was frustrating, and I’m not sure I’d order directly again if I needed something quickly...

I ordered this from turtlewax.com, and when it showed up, the bottle had leaked inside the box. The cap was loose, and the label was completely wet. My dad actually noticed it first when we opened the package. The product itself seems to work fine, but the packaging was disappointing and not really what I expected

I really wanted this to work, but the wax barely did anything for me. I followed the directions and didn’t see much of a difference at all. What made it more frustrating was that I reached out about it and never got any follow-up, so I was just left dealing with a product that didn’t do what it said it would

It just takes forever to dry. I keep waiting and waiting, and it still feels like... I don’t know, it should be done way sooner.

My box arrived, but two of the products weren’t even what I ordered. I reached out to support and they were polite enough, but it was still a hassle I shouldn’t have had to deal with. it gave me the feeling they’re more focused on taking the money and getting orders out the door than making sure customers actually get the right stuff.

I had to follow up with support a couple times, and the refund took waaaay longer than I expected. Like, why does it need to be that complicated?? Not the worst company ever or anything, but wow... the returns process really needs to be easier!!!

I was trying to find something quickly, and of course this site made it way harder than it needed to be. Nothing felt easy to locate, and the timing was especially frustrating because I didn’t have time to dig around through confusing menus.

Getting it off took a ridiculous amount of rubbing, and after all that, it still left streaks behind... not great. i wouldn’t use this again.

I picked up this Turtle Wax product thinking it would give my car some decent protection for a while, especially since I’d heard the name plenty of times before. Right after applying it, the car did look good, so I was hopeful at first.

But after just a couple of washes and some rain, I noticed the water wasn’t beading like it did in the beginning. It felt like the protection had pretty much disappeared already, which was frustrating because I didn’t expect to be reapplying it so soon.

For me, it ended up being more hassle than it was worth. It might give a nice initial shine, but the protection just didn’t last long enough for me to want to use it again

I was expecting this to make the job quicker and cleaner, but it ended up being more frustrating than anything. The spray came out uneven and kept spitting, and the applicator felt flimsy and cheap. It still got in the way more than it helped, so I wouldn’t buy it again.
